Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of stackmeup.ai, the booking form at /book, and any services StackMeUp (Atlas Optimizations LLC) provides after your call. Booking a call, or continuing past this page, means you accept them.
1. What booking a call is — and isn't
Submitting the booking form gets you a 15-minute strategy call. It does not create an account, does not charge you anything, and is not itself an order for services.
2. Services and payment
Any build we do for you — the AI setter, content clone, posting, ad management, CRM work, or any other scope discussed on your call — is governed by a separate written client agreement signed after that call. That agreement is the controlling document for scope, price, and timeline; nothing on this site is a quote.
Payments are final once work has started, per the terms of your signed client agreement, except where that agreement or applicable law provides otherwise. Where we hold a signature, timestamp, and IP address for a submission, we may provide that record to your card issuer or bank in response to a payment dispute, as described in our Privacy Policy and in Section 11 of the client agreement.
3. AI disclosure
Services built for you may include AI-generated messages, replies, and — where you opt in — a voice clone or likeness clone of you or your team used to produce content and conversations on your behalf. Where required by platform policy or law, AI-generated or AI-assisted content and conversations are disclosed as such on the connected account.
4. Likeness and voice consent
If your build includes cloning your voice, image, or on-camera likeness, you confirm you have the right to grant that use, and you grant StackMeUp a limited license to record, process, and generate synthetic voice and video content based on your likeness solely to deliver the services in your client agreement. That license ends when your agreement ends; we do not use your likeness for any other client or purpose, and we delete the underlying training material on request once your agreement ends, subject to any legal retention requirement.
5. Results and demonstrations
Example conversations, names, and figures shown on this site are illustrative demonstrations of how StackMeUp works — not real customers or a guarantee of results. Your results depend on your offer, audience, and effort. Nothing on this site or said on a call is a promise of a specific outcome.
6. Acceptable use
You won't use StackMeUp to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages, to impersonate someone without their consent, or in a way that violates the terms of the platforms we connect to (Instagram, Facebook, and others). We can suspend service for violations of this section.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackMeUp's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or any client agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. StackMeUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost leads.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [County/State].
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
