Privacy Policy

StackMeUp is operated by Atlas Optimizations LLC ("StackMeUp," "we," "us"). This page explains what we collect when you use stackmeup.ai or book a call with us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us about it.

1. What we collect

Form answers. Everything you submit on the booking form at /book — your name, email, mobile number, Instagram handle, the business and marketing questions in Steps 2–4, and the call time you pick.

Technical and attribution data. Your IP address, the timestamp of each submission, your device's user agent, the page that referred you, the first page you landed on this session, and any utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content parameters present on that landing page.

Partial submissions. If you start the booking form and don't finish, we save your progress (including your email and mobile number, once given) so we can send you a link back to where you left off.

Usage data. Standard web analytics — pages viewed, general location inferred from IP, browser and device type.

2. Why we collect it

  • To route your call to the right rep with the right context before you say hello.
  • To confirm your booking and send reminders by text and email.
  • To recover an abandoned form so you don't have to start over.
  • To score and route leads (Custom / Year / Starter / self-serve) as described on the booking page.
  • To establish proof of consent, timestamp, and origin for billing disputes, as set out in Section 11 of our client agreements — if a charge is disputed, we can produce the signature, the timestamp, and the IP address tied to it.
  • To improve the site and measure which channels bring in real bookings.

3. SMS consent

Checking "Text me my confirmation and call reminders" on the booking form is your opt-in to receive transactional SMS from us at the mobile number you provide — booking confirmation, and reminders at roughly 24 hours, 2 hours, and 15 minutes before your call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts; opting out does not cancel your booking, it only stops the reminders.

4. Who sees it

Your form answers go to the rep assigned to your call and to the tools we use to run the business: our CRM, our SMS and email providers, and our internal Discord for lead alerts. We do not sell your information. We share it with processors only as needed to deliver the service above, under contracts that limit their use of it to that purpose.

5. How long we keep it

Booking and billing records — including the IP address and timestamp captured at submission — are kept for 7 years to satisfy the billing‑dispute record described above. Marketing and attribution data not tied to a paying customer is kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete data that isn't subject to a legal retention requirement — see Section 7.

6. Cookies and similar tech

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries to keep your place in the booking form (so a refresh doesn't lose your answers), remember your session's first landing page for attribution, and measure site usage. None of these are used to sell your data to third parties.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at [PRIVACY EMAIL] with your name and the email or phone number you used on the form.
